Important Understanding

  • We cannot control Google’s decisions or review processes

  • All final decisions are made solely by Google

Refunds are not based on the outcome of your Google Business Profile case, as we have no control over Google’s decisions.

Refund Eligibility

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

  • Service Not Provided: We fail to provide the services described in your service agreement within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged multiple times for the same service due to a processing error
  • Service Cancellation: You cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before we have begun work on your case
  • Technical Error: A technical error resulted in incorrect charges

You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

  • Google denies your appeal or does not reinstate your profile
  • Google does not approve your verification request
  • The resolution process takes longer than expected
  • You are dissatisfied with Google’s decision
  • You change your mind after we have begun work
  • You fail to provide requested information or documentation
  • You do not follow our recommendations or guidance
  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
  • We have completed the services as described in your agreement

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@listinghelpsolutions.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Provide Information: Include your full name, email address used for purchase, date of purchase, and reason for refund request
  3. Documentation: Provide any relevant documentation supporting your refund request
  4. Review: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. Decision: You will receive a written response regarding the approval or denial of your refund request

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If we have completed a portion of the agreed-upon services
  • If you request cancellation after work has begun but before completion
  • If there are extenuating circumstances that warrant a partial refund

Partial refund amounts will be determined based on the work completed and resources invested in your case.

Service Modifications

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. We may be able to:

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Consultation fees after the consultation has been completed
  • Services that have been fully delivered as agreed
  • Third-party fees or costs incurred on your behalf
  • Administrative or processing fees

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • We will provide documentation of services rendered to your payment provider
  • Your access to our services will be immediately suspended
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts owed
  • You may be responsible for chargeback fees and legal costs

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription or recurring service:

  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions granted do not set a precedent for future refund requests.
